Если есть возможность по деньгам и времени, то лучше брать первичку и сделав ремонт спокойно въезжать.

Следовательно, если денег не так много и время поджимает, то лучше брать вторичку, чтобы иметь возможность сразу въехать.

Во вторичку тоже не всегда может получиться сразу вселиться, на сколько мне известно после сделки старый хозяин ещё месяц может жить в уже проданной квартире.

Но всё же месяц это не полгода и год, которые обычно уходят на ремонт новой квартиры, так что тем у кого нет времени и им надо скорее въехать брать надо вторичку со сносным ремонтом.

Первичное жильё лучше тем, что там до этого никто не жил и оно юридически чистое, а когда покупаешь вторичку, то там всё гораздо сложнее.

Сделкой всё равно занимается риэлтор из агентства недвижимости, если и будут какие-то проблемы, то они всё выяснят.

Если в долгосрочной перспективе, то первичный рынок (экономия при покупке на ранней стадии, вы первый владелец, ремонт под себя)
Если здесь и сейчас, то вторичный рынок (возможность въехать через короткое время, кое какое благоустройство есть)

Я купил квартиру в новостройке , как по мне так это идеальный вариант , новый дом , но вот я отказался от ремонт застройщика и обратился к другим специалистам , они мне кстати сделалаи очень качественный и недорогой ремонт квартир (http://www.xn--80argdibldekri.xn--p1ai/) .

Я соглашусь с многими и поддержу все таки первичный рынок, но на это не обязательно нужно больше денег, чем на вторичну. Мы вот лично покупали квартиру вот тут (http://msk.arsprom.com/mansardnyj-etazh/), обошлось еще дешевле, чем если бы это было при вторичном. ;D И ремонт нам делать не пришлось, все включено, как говориться. ;D
